Displays upgrades in a tree format either for the current unit or by selecting one of the combat classes (gun, siege, naval, recon, armour, etc) from a drop-down menu
Hooks into the DiploCorner drop-down via (a modified but compatible version of) alpaca's Modularized DiploCorner mod. The modifications permit menu entries to be inserted into the list and not just appended to the end.
